When 2012 came around, so did the apocalypse. It was all natural disasters that left some places completely unaffected. Of course, during an Earth quake in downtown Los Angeles however, a biochemical research plant ended up collapsing, and the disease spread. They named it "Doomsday", and Doomsday was worse than any zombie video game or movie could have described it. Almost all of the world got annihilated... Almost. There were a good amount of humans who survived, a lot were people who had common sense were okay. This was when the world's government decided to enact project Olympia. Anticipating events like this the government put together a large city that at one point was under water. About several months after outbreak, this came popping out of the middle of the Atlantic ocean.
When that came out, the armies began to look for survivors and transported them to the city they called Olympia. The government offered the people therapy over what had happened and the military became more of just police. Changing their camouflage for citizen-friendly uniform. Everything was great until 2026, that's when the mayor died. Instead of having an election, the police gained total control and began a sort of dictatorship. That's when the gangs started, first it was the Hell Hounds who were hired hitmen and hitwomen. The Blood Diamonds were quick to follow, and fell in with the police. Olympia Legion came after to stand up for the underdogs. Honor Over Glory and Kandii Hearts then came around later.
The Police became a plague, they took advantage of citizens using them for whatever they wanted. It wasn't rare for your neighbor to suddenly go missing. Of course, there was a group who decided they would bring about the revenge for citizens. They would be called The Guardians, and the best thing about them was you couldn't tell them apart from everyone else because whenever they acted on their orders they wore masks. Now it's 2037, and Olympia has become a Gangland, will you stand to the side or make a move?
